These notes describe how the public site is offered today. They are a baseline for review, not a claim of legal certification.
Browsing
The public pages are offered as-is for reading and navigation. Product status on the site stays honest about what is deployed and what is still a design or research surface.
Embedded video
If you load a Twitch or YouTube player, that playback is provided by the host you connected to. gunnchOS does not control that host's terms.
Educational submissions
Activity uploads are not open. When a submission system is enabled, you keep copyright in your work. gunnchOS does not take ownership because you participated. Feedback contact is optional. AI training and unrelated research require separate explicit permission.
Public showcase
Showcase is a separate, optional, moderated permission to display an approved derivative on Open Lab surfaces. It is not a broad perpetual license, and it is not granted by uploading alone.
Research
Nothing on this site converts educational participation into research consent. The Engineer / Researcher label is a learning depth only.
