gunnchOS
Privacy
This is a first-party baseline for the public gateway. It is not a legal certification, and it does not replace a qualified review.
Site browsing
You can read the public pages without an account. The site sends a first-party timing sample to /api/vitals (time to first byte). The route does not store a profile, set an advertising cookie, or record a session replay. Analytics are not required to use the site. No advertising tracker is added by the Thursday Open Technology Lab.
Embedded third-party video
Open Lab replays stay on a poster until you choose to load them. Twitch and YouTube then receive the connection from your browser. That is their service, not a gunnchOS account.
Educational activity submissions
Submissions are a separate system and are not open. When they open, anonymous participation is the default. Optional contact details are for feedback you asked for. gunnchOS does not sell submission data and does not use submissions to train AI without separate explicit permission.
Public showcase consent
A public gallery appearance requires a separate choice and moderation. Uploading, once it exists, is not that choice. You keep ownership of your work. Display permission can be withdrawn.
Research studies
Using this website, attending the Open Lab, or choosing the Engineer / Researcher learning lane does not enroll you in human-subjects research. A research study would need its own protocol, its own data collection, and its own consent. This page does not create that consent.
